Employers are obligated to provide a PAYG Payment summary to their employee’s by the end of August. Once you have received your PAYG Payment summary and gathered all your income and expenses information together you can give me a call or email me. I can arrange an appointment to identify you and record your information ready to complete you Income Tax return.

Information Checklist:

  • Income details – PAYG Payment summary, Bank interest, Share dividends & franking credits, employer lump sum payments, employment termination payments, Australian government allowances and payments (youth allowance, austudy, newstart.), Pensions, Australian annuities and super income stream, Employee share scheme, Partnerships and trust income, Business income, net farm deposits or repayments, capital gain, foreign income, rental income.
  • Deductions – work related car expenses, work related travel expenses, work related self-education expenses, dividend expenses, interest expenses, gifts or donations, cost of managing tax affairs and personal superannuation contributions.

  • 100 Points of Identification Guide
